Early Learning Coalition
ELC offers School Readiness, a financial assistance program that helps low-income eligible families obtain affordable, high-quality child care. Priority for school readiness program participation is given to: children whose parents are economically disadvantaged, children who have been determined to be at risk of abuse, neglect, or exploitation, and children with special needs.
The Dream Center ELC partners work together to families can access the support and resources needed for their children to be ready to enter school and succeed.

Tanya Jackson
Professionally, Tanya Jackson served as a Special Agent for the Miami-Dade Office of the Inspector General for 13 years. In this capacity she preventrd waste, fraud, abuse, and mismanagement. Her last case yielded a 47 count indictment of a dishonorable Miami-Dade Public Schools tutoring firm. She is also a licensed realtor. Elder Jackson’s also served as a professor of Criminal Justice whose vitae includes Juvenile Delinquency, Intro to Criminal Justice, Homeland Security, Customs and Border Patrol, Dangerous Substances and Narcotics, and Criminology. As a business professor, all business managerial courses are her strengths. She holds an MBA and a bachelors degree in accounting.
